WoW Classes
When you're finished choosing your Faction and Race, it's
time to figure out what type of character you're going to
build.
This is where the fun begins and it will be your
acknowledgement by others throughout the game.
It doesn't matter what side you choose to play with because all
the classes are available for each side.
Just remember that it all depends on your race as to what
classes you'll be able to choose. Here's a list of your choices
below.
* Warrior
* Paladin
* Rogue
* Priest
* Shaman
* Warlock
* Mage
* Hunter
* Druid
* Death Knight
No matter what type of class you become, there are several
advantages to each one. However, when you're looking for the
best WoW secrets out there, you need to find WoW strategy
guides that also explain the disadvantages.
For instance, if you start off as a Warrior you are considered
a Tank in World of Warcraft. This means you are always in close
combat and keep your ranged shooters like Hunters, Warlocks,
Mages, and Priests out of harm's way. This is just one of the
many things you'll need to know.
WoW
Regions
Once you've chosen your characteristics (face, hair color,
facial hair, name, etc.), it will be time to start
playing.
Where you start all depends on the race you choose. Keep in
mind that there are some areas that are easier to level then
others, so it is an important piece to the puzzle.
Then again, it's not like this is one of the biggest WoW
secrets or anything. Those WoW strategy guides out there will
go into much deeper detail about what type of character you
should choose for each specific region.
WoW
Alliance
Human- Outside of Stormwind
Dwarf- Outside of Ironforge
Gnome- Outside of Ironforge
Night Elf- Outside of Darnassus
Draenei- Outside of Exodar
WoW
Horde
Blood Elf- Outside Silvermoon City
Tauren- Outside Thunder Bluff
Undead- Outside the Undercity
Troll- Outside Orgrimmar
Orc- Outside of Orgrimmar
While you won't start out in the major cities, you need to know
everything about them so you can navigate easily.
These are the areas you will train your classes, find the
Auction House, your bank to hold precious items, progress your
professions, find vendors, quests, and even flight paths or
boats to make your way around the game.
Each of them will have their own unique appeal, but you'll soon
realize the differences as your character (or Toon as gamers
call them) becomes stronger.
Understanding WoW Strategy
Guides
There are several WoW strategy tips that people place
within all these strategy guides you see around the Internet.
The only problem is there are so many variations; it's hard to
decipher what type will work best for you.
We recommend figuring out what you need. Below is a short list
of WoW strategy guides that are available.
* Classes
* Professions (blacksmithing, tailoring, enchanting, mining,
alchemy, herbalism, etc.)
* Secondary Professions (first aid, cooking, fishing,
riding)
* Auction House (market prices, money makers, various tricks,
etc.)
* Mounts (epic, flying, certain level areas, places to find
them, cost, etc.)
* Gear (PvP, normal realms, epic, rare, cost, drop rates from
quests, etc.)
* Battlegrounds
* Power Leveling (Reaching level 80 faster)
* Arenas
* Instances
* Caves
* Bosses
* Expansion Packs (Burning Crusade, Northrend)
To be honest we could probably throw out about 100 different
types of WoW strategy guides that are on the market. The
problem is you would become so overwhelmed; it really wouldn't
help you at all.
However, the ones we have listed below are some of the
major areas where WoW strategy tips are needed the
most.
Hopefully this gave you a quick overview of just some of the
many things you need to think about while playing World of
Warcraft. If you need help leveling or getting the most out of
